Thank you for considering Peach Homes as your new home builder, as owner I personally oversee all aspects of each new home we build from the digging of the foundation to the final cleaning. We have a great team of highly skilled trades people and suppliers to build you the home of your dreams.

We have many single family home designs to choose from and always welcome your ideas to custom design the home for your lifestyle. Whether it is a modification of a current plan or if you would like to start from scratch and have our designers work with you to get it just as you dreamed it would be!

History

Peach Homes parent Company ( William Peach Limited) was founded in 1973. We have been building new homes in Kingston and surrounding area since 2003. During that time we have constructed over 50 single family homes in subdivisions that include Greenwood Park, Arbour Ridge, and Midland Park. We also develop and manage Commercial Real Estate in Kingston as well as Newfoundland.
